- Abstract
- 양성다낭성중피종은 복강, 골반강, 및 후복막강등 장액강(serous cavity)을 둘러싸는 중피세포로부터 발생하는 드문 중피세포 증식성 병변이며, 대부분 양성 경과를 취한다 저자들은 최근 46세 여성에서 서혜부 탈장된, 난원인대에서 발생한 양성다낭성중피종 1예를 경험하였기에 초음파 및 자기공명영상을 보고하고자 한다.
