| dc.description.abstract | 목적: 담도계 질환으로 수술이 필요한 환자의 담낭관의 해부학적 위치에 대한 신속한 정보를 제공하고자 전산화단층촬영(CT)을 이용해 담낭관이 총수담관으로 개구하는 위치에 따른 해부학적 분포를 알아보았다. 대상과 방법: 담도계 질환이 있는 126명의 환자의 CT를 분석해서 담낭관과 총수담관 사이의 각도를 계산해 담낭관이 총수담관으로 개구하는 위치를 밝히고자 하였다. 담낭관이 총수담관의 중앙을 가로지르는 수평선의 후방으로 개구하는 경우를 후방개구로 정의하였으며 이는 115명(91.3%)이었다. 전방개구는 8.7%로 빈도수가 극히 적어 결과에서 제외하였으며 최종적으로 후방개구를 보인 환자를 대상으로 개구 각도를 20 로 세분해서 개구 위치의 분포를 분석했다. | - |
