- Abstract
- 이소성 골화는 척수 손상과 연관되어 발생 할 수 있는 합병증이며, 환자의 재활 치료에 심각한 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 수술적 절제는 보존적 치료에 실패한 경우에 시행한다. 수술 후 재발의 위험성을 줄이기 위해, 방사선 조사, 비스테로이드 소염제 또는 bisphosphonate를 이용한 치료를병행한다. 저자들은 흉추 3번의 불완전 척수 손상이 있는 48세 남자 환자에서 장골근 내에 발생한 미성숙 이소성 골화를 수술적 절제와 방사선 조사 및 비스테로이드 소염제를 병행 치료하여 좋은 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.
