| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 보청기 미착용자 노인 난청인이 인식하고 있는 건강상태, 사회․정서적, 청능재활에 대한 경험을 탐구하고자 분석되었으며 이를 위해 65세 이상 노인 난청인 5명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인 난청인이 경험하고 있는 건강상태를 분석한 결과 4개의 하위범주(난청에 대한 무지, 이명이라는 난관 봉착, 대안적 방법 모색, 치료에 대한 기대)와 10개의 의미단위가 도출되었다. 둘째, 연구참여자의 사회․정서적 경험을 분석한 결과 6개의 하위범주(제한된 듣기, 사회적 고립, 관계 위축, 위축된 자신감, 사회적지지, 난청의 덫)와 15개의 의미단위가 도출되었다. 셋째, 연구참여자들의 난청으로 인한 청능재활의 경험에 관한 분석결과는 3개의 하위범주(치료의 부적절함, 망설임, 희망찾기)와 9개의 의미단위가 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노년기 청각손실에 대한 중재는 보청기 및 인공와우와 같은 청각보조장치의 사용과 청능재활프로그램(aural rehabilitation program)의 참여로 일상생활에서 효과를 볼 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하였다. | - |
