- Abstract
- 본 연구는 구독 서비스에 대한 태도와 지속사용의도에 구독 서비스의 지각된 혜택이 미치는 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 구독 서비스의 지각된 혜택을 지각된 즐거움과 지각된 유용성으로 구성하였으며, 개인변수인 혁신성향을 조절변인으로 설정하여 영향력을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 지각된 혜택인 지각된 즐거움과 지각된 유용성은 모두 구독 서비스에 대한 태도와 지속사용의도에 정(+)의 영향력을 보여주고 있었다. 지각된 유용성에서 혁신성향의 조절효과도 확인하였다. 지각된 유용성이 구독 서비스에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향력은 혁신성향이 낮은 집단이 높은 집단보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 구독 서비스의 지속적 사용과 관련 개인특성의 가치에 시사점을 제공한다.
