| dc.description.abstract | 관절 연골 결손은 정형외과 분야에서 자주 겪는다. 대부분의 임상 및 연구는 골관절염 혹은 외상과 관련하여 손상된연골의 재생에 관심을 둔다. 이 논문은 연골 치료를 위한 최근의 임상 및 연구적 접근 방법과 임상에 사용되는 경우를 설명한다. 조직 공학 기술은 임상 결과를 개선하기 위해 살아있는 연골 세포를 함유한 하이알린 연골로 연골 결손 부위를 채우는 것이다. 연골 조직 공학은 세포 공급원, 생체 물질 및 막, 성장 자극제를 포함한다. 조직 공학은 자가 연골 세포 이식또는 유사한 기술에 의해 임상에 적용된다. 기초 과학은 연골병변의 정형외과 치료를 개선했지만, 조직 공학 기술이 원래의 관절 역학 혹은 임상 증상 개선에 우수하다는 결론을 내리지 못했다. | - |
