dc.description.abstractThe organocatalytic enantioselective conjugate reaction of 2-fluoro-1,3-diketones to nitroalkenes promoted by chiral binaphthyl-modified squaramide has been achieved. Treatment of 2-fluoro-1,3-diketones with nitroalkenes under mild reaction conditions afforded the corresponding Michael products containing fluorinated quaternary carbon stereocenter with excellent enantioselectivity (up to 98% ee).-
