| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 결함 마이크로스트립 구조(DMS, Defected Microstrip Structure)를 이용하여 적층형 4-way 전력분배기를 소형화하여 설계한 결과를 제시한다. DMS는 전송선로의 패턴면에 주기구조가 삽입된 구조로서, 특성 임피던스의 증가, 선폭의 증가, 전기적 길이 증가로 인한 회로의 소형화와 같은 주기구조의 일반적 장점이 그대로 유지된다. 또한 DMS는 전송선로의 접지면을 건드리지 않기 때문에 설계와 구현이 간편하다는 장점이 있다. 회로 설계에 응용하는 예로서 결함 마이크로스트립 전송선로 구조를 이용하여 4-way 전력분배기를 적층구조로 설계하고, 제작 및 측정한 결과가 제시된다. 종래에 제안된 회로들에 비하여 설계와 제작이 훨씬 간편하고, 측정값과 설계값과 매우 유사하면서도 성능이 우수한 전력분배기의 설계 예를 보여준다. | - |
