The term "primary cutaneous lymphoma'' presents in the skin diagnosis. Among these various types of lymphomas, primary cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (PCMZL) is an indolent lymphoma composed of small B cells, including marginal zone (centrocyte-like) cells, lymphoplasmacytoid cells, and plasma cells. In this case, we report a rare case PCMZL on facial area and evaluate the role of surgery in patients diagnosed with primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma which is a rare disease entity. We offer a rationale for the use of primary surgical excision in the treatment of isolated cutaneous lymphomas which is rare on face and neck area.-
