Abstract
This study examined how casual attributors influence a negative emotion, and how the negative emotion influence blame toward an organization facing a crisis. This study found that the internal- controllable condition was significantly higher in anger score than the external-uncontrollable condition, that the group who was exposed to stable crisis scenario was significantly higher in anger score than the group who was exposed to unstable crisis scenario, and that anger significantly predicted blame toward an organization in a crisis situation. © 2014 International Information Institute.
