- Abstract
- 본 연구는 유학하면서 학업성적이 저조하고 학교생활에 적응을 못하고 있으며, 2007년 여름부터 마리화나를 상습적으로 피고 있는 고등학생인 아들에 대하여 어머니가 본 연구자에게 상담을 의뢰한 사례이다. 연구자는 총 4회기의 모자가족상담을 통하여 아들에게 나타나고 있는 증상과 아들의 증상에 영향을 주었던 요인들과 아들의 증상에 영향을 주었던 요인들을 완화 또는 감소시키기 위하여 치료자가 사용했던 개입방법들에 대하여 발견하고자 하였다. 또한 모자관계의 변화에 영향을 미친 요인들과 아들의 스트레스에 대한 대처방법을 변화시키기 위한 치료자의 개입기법과 모자의 변화과정을 살펴보았다. 분석방법으로는 코딩을 통한 개념과 상위범주를 설정하고 범주들 간의 관계를 네트워크를 활용하여 나타냈으며, 모자의 변화과정은 상담회기별에 따른 효과매트릭스를 활용하였다.
