- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 스키슬로프 서비스 엔카운터가 대학생의 수업만족과 지속적 참여의사에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이었다. 이를 위하여 2014년 교양체육수업이 실시되는 강원도 소재 스키리조트 중 임의로 1곳을 선정 한 후, 스키 및 스노우보드 수업에참여한 5개 대학교의 학생들을 대상으로 편의표본 추출법에 의거하여 총 314명에게 설문지를 배포하였다. 이 중 응답이 불성실하거나 이중 응답 등 본 연구에서 사용할 수 없다고 판단되는 자료 13부를 제외한 최종 301명의 자료를 SPSS 18.0 Ver. 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 스키슬로프 서비스 엔카운터의 하위요인인 강사 인성적 요인과슬로프 환경 요인은 수업만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스키슬로프 서비스 엔카운터의 하위요인인 강사 기술적 요인, 강사 인성적 요인 그리고 슬로프 환경 요인 모두 지속적 참여 의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스키슬로프에서 대학생들의 수업만족은 지속적 참여 의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
