Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of spinning interval exercise on body compositions and isokinetic strength in obese middle-aged women. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(body compositions, isokinetic strength). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Body Compositions, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Isokinetic strength the results, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, We findings suggest that obese middle-aged women could improve their body compositions and isokinetic strength through spinning interval exercise program.
