- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 프로야구 홈팬을 대상으로 프로야구경기장의 서비스스케이프가 감정반응, 지각된 가치, 관람만족 및 재관람의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구대상은 확률표본추출법 중 층화추출법을 사용하여 총 10개 프로야구 홈팀 관중을 대상으로 1152부를 이 연구에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SSPS/WIN 22.0을 사용하였으며, 본 연구에서 사용한 통계적 기법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 서비스스케이프가 감정반응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 서비스스케이프가 지각된 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감정반응이 관람만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 감정반응이 재관람의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각된 가치가 관람만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 지각된 가치가 재관람의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 관람만족이 재관람의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
