노인의 레크리에이션 댄스 참가와 자아효능감의 관계

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship between participation of recreational dance and self-efficacy of the elderly in the senior welfare centers and elderly longlife education facility. The subjects of this study were collected 194 elderly in the senior welfare centers and elderly longlife education facility.The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for the self-efficacy had been developed by Bass(1985) and Bass & Avolio(1990).The statistical methods such as Multiple Regression Analysis, were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal.From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions : First, there are showed in the relationship between participation of recreational dance and physical efficacy of elderly.Second, there are showed in the relationship between participation of recreational dance and social efficacy of elderly. Third, there are showed in the relationship between participation of recreational dance and mental efficacy of elderly.
