- Abstract
- 우리 군의 합동작전 6대 기능은 지휘통제, 정보, 방호, 화력, 이동/기동, 지속지원이다. 네트워크 중심 작전환경에서 효과적인 지휘통제를 위해서는 무기체계 간 상호운용성은 필수적 요소이다. 국방상호운용성 평가는 무기체계의 전 수명주기에 걸쳐 시행되고 있다. 국방상호운용성 평가의 계획, 분석 및 결과를 관리하기 위한 시스템이 국방상호운용성 지원시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 국방상호운용성 지원시스템이 직무수행에 영향을 미치는 성공요인에 관관 모형을 제시하고 분석하였다.
