- Abstract
- 최근 수많은 IT중소기업들이 글로벌 경쟁환경에서 기술의 가치를 인정받고 기업의 M&A나 합병 시에도 기술의 가치를 정확하게 인정받기를 원한다. 하지만 지금까지는 다양한 기업의 가치와 평가 절차, 평가 기준이 남무하여 일반화되고 보편화된 평가를 하기에 정의를 내리기가 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 박사학위 논문 중 기술가치평가에 대한 모델을 제시한 논문을 선별하고 개념연구를 하였다. 본 개념연구를 통하여 IT중소기업을 위한 기술가지평가 모델에 대한 개념을 분석하고 추후 IT서비스를 위한 기술가치평가모델을 연구에 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
