- 본 연구에서는 RPA 기술, 정보, 서비스 요인이 사용자 만족과 사용 의도에 미치는 구조적인 영향을 파악하여 디지털 혁신의 핵심 기술로 활용되어 지고 있는 RPA를 계획 단계에서 부터 조직적이고 체계적으로 적용하여 바람직한 RPA 활용과 운용, Utilization 향상에 기여하고자 한다.
