- Abstract
- 중장년층의 규모는 계속적으로 증가하면서 복합적인 문제성도 증대되고 있다. 이는 중장년층에 대한 정확한 인식과 이해가 부족하기 때문이다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 중장년 복지시스템 정보전략계획(ISP)을 수립한 S기관의 사례를 통해 정보전략계획(ISP)에 대한 실증적 방법론과 정보시스템 마스터플랜(ISMP)를 위한 가이드를 제시하고자 연구를 수행하였다.
