- Abstract
- 전자입찰은 공공조달 서비스 중 온라인 효과가 가장 큰 분야이면서 보안에 특히 민감한 분야이다. 특히 전자입찰에 적용된 신원확인 기술은 보안 강화와 사용자 편의성이라는 측면에서 핵심적인 화두가 되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 전자입찰에 적용된 신원확인 기술 적용 사례를 중심으로 입찰자에 대한 본인 확인을 위한 제도적인 개념의 재정립 필요성을 제시하고 기술적인 한계 분석을 통해 향후 입찰자 신원확인이 개선되어야 할 방향을 제시하려 한다.
