- Abstract
- 최근 인공지능 기술, 딥러닝 기술 등 4차산업혁명시대의 IT 기술이 활성화되고 있으며, 이를 기반으로하는 지능형 챗봇 서비스가 비대면 업무환경에 적용되어 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델(TAM)을 사용하여 프로젝트관리 분야에서 지능형 챗봇 서비스의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 식별하고 각 요인간의 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 설문조사로 데이터를 수집하였고, SPSS23, AMOS23.0을 이용하여 검증을 진행하였으며, 이번 연구를 통해 프로젝트관리 분야에 챗봇 서비스 도입에 도움을 주고자 한다.
