- Abstract
- 디지털 기술 혁신과 함께 데이터 비지니스가 폭발적으로 성장하면서 개인 데이터에 대한 통제권과 개인 정보 보호가 중요 문제로 부각되어 마이데이터 서비스가 등장하였다. 마이데이터 서비스는 고객 중심의 맞춤형 개인화의 가치를 제공하고 데이터 생명주기 전반에 걸쳐 투명하게 보호된다는 고객의 신뢰가 가장 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 가치기반수용모형과 보호동기이론을 기반으로 지각된 가치와 신뢰가 마이데이터서비스 수용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 구조적인 관계를 분석하고자 한다.
