경제활동 형태에 따른 기혼 남성의 자살생각

Abstract

본 연구는 경제활동 형태에 따른 기혼 남성의 자살생각을 확인함으로써 기혼 남성을 대상으로 하는 자살 예방 프로그램의 기초 자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 제 5기 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여 기혼 남성을 대상으로 경제활동 형태에 따라 맞벌이 부부, 부인 외벌이, 남편 외벌이, 부부 모두 경제활동을 하지 않는 경우로 나누어 확인하였다. 자료 분석은 SAS 9.2 프로그램을 이용하였다. 기혼 남성은 경제활동 형태에 따라 자살생각에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p=.018). 경제활동 형태에 따른 기혼 남성과 자살생각과의 관계를 확인한 결과 맞벌이 남성의 자살생각이 남편 외벌이의 자살생각 보다 0.45배 낮게 나타났다(OR 0.45, 95% CI [0.25, 0.81]). 본 연구 결과 경제활동 형태에 따른 기혼 남성의 자살생각에 차이가 나타나므로, 기혼 남성을 대상으로 하는 자살예방 프로그램 개발 시 경제활동 형태에 대한 고려가 필요하겠다.

This research tried to establish a fundamental database for the basic material of suicidal prevention program for married man by checking the suicidal idea of married man related to economic activity status. By using the 5th Nation health nutrition research data targeting married men, this research checked by dividing into dual income family, only income family from working wife, only income family from working husband, non-working family according to the family economic activity status. For data analysis, SAS 9.2 program was utilized. Married man had notable difference in suicidal idea according to their economic activity status(p=.018). As the result of checking the relation between married man and suicidal idea according to economic activity status, dual income family husband showed lower suicidal idea by 0.45 times than the only income family from working husband (OR 0.45, 95% CI [0.25, 0.81]). As a result of this study, suicidal idea of married man showed difference according to economic activity status, accordingly, consideration on economic activity status is necessary when developing suicidal prevention program targeting married men.
