대학골프선수의 코어 트레이닝이 등속성 요부, 슬관절 근 기능과 경기수행력에 미치는 영향

dc.description.abstract본 연구는 대학골프선수 경기력 향상을 위한 스포츠과학 시스템 적용시키기 위하여 12주간 코어 트레이닝을 처치하여 등속성 요부와슬관절 근 기능을 평가하고 경기수행력에 과학적인 자료로 제시하는데 목적이 있고, 대학골프연맹(KCGF)에 등록된 실험군(n=13)과 대조군(n=11)을 대상으로 대학골프선수를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 슬관절(우측) 180˚/sec 신근력 체중 당, PT(Nm), AP %BW(%kg)은 실험군과 유의한 차이를 나타났고(p<.05), 굴근력 AP %BW(%kg)에서 실험군과 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p<.05). 슬관절(좌측) 180˚/sec 신근력 체중 당, PT%BW, AP(watt)은 실험군과 유의하게 차이를 나타났고(p<.05), 굴근력 PT(Nm), AP %BW(%kg)은 실험군과 유의하게 나타냈다(p<.05). 둘째, 요부 60˚/sec 신전력 체중 당, PT(Nm), PT%BW, AP %BW(%kg)은 실험군과 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(p<.05), 굴곡력 PT(Nm), AP %BW(%kg)에서 실험군과 유의한 차이가 나타났고(p<.01), 경기수행력의 드라이버샷 비거리는 실험군과 유의한 차이가 나타냈다(p<.01). 위와 같은 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 대학골프선수 요부와 슬관절 최대근력, 비거리향상은 12주간 코어 트레이닝과 체력 훈련을 병행하고 기술적 훈련을 실시하면 대학골프선수 경기력 향상에 기여할 것이다.-
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to provide scientific data to activate adoption of sports science system on improvement of athletic performance of college golfers, by evaluating isokinetic lumbar and knee joints of athletes after 12-week core training. The Subjects in this experiment were 24 college golfers who were registered in Korean College Golf Federation (KCGF), and they were divided into experimental group (n=13) and control group (n=11). The results of the experiment are as follows: First, at 180˚/sec knee joint (right), there were significant differences(p<.05) in PT(Nm) and AP %BW(%kg) of extensors per weight between experimental and control groups(p<.05), and AP %BW(%kg) of flexors. At 180˚/sec knee joint (left), there were significant differences in PT%BW and AP(watt) of extensors per weight between experimental and control groups(p<.05), and AP %BW(%kg) of flexors. Second, at 60˚/sec lumbar, there were significant differences in PT(Nm), PT%BW and AP %BW(%kg) of extensors per weight between experimental and control groups(p<.05), and PT(Nm) and AP %BW(%kg) of flexors. Regarding performance, there were significant differences in drive shot distance(p<.01). From the above results, for improvements in maximum muscular strength of knee joints and lumbar and driving distance of golfers, 12-week core training together with fitness training and skill training should be conducted and these methods will contribute to enhancing athletic performance of college golfers. In the future, analyses and experiments to youth golfers will be conducted.-
