집단따돌림 역할자 유형분석 및 학교 영향요인검증

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 집단따돌림 역할자의 잠재계층 유형을 파악하고 각 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울지역 소재 4개 중학교에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 1,020명을 대상으로 2014년 9월부터 10월까지 설문을 수집하였다. 회수된 설문지 중 무응답 및 불성실한 질문지를 제외하고 974명의 자료를 분석하였다. 집단따돌림 역할자의 유형을 살펴보기 위해 잠재계층분석(Latent Class Analysis)을 실시한 결과, 무관심방관, 피해, 피가해 유형과 같이 3개의 유형이 도출되었다. 각 유형의 빈도는 무관심방관유형이 61.3%, 피가해유형이 21.7%, 피해유형이 16.8%로 나타났다. 다항로지스틱 분석을 통해 집단따돌림 역할자 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증한 결과, 교사와 학생간의 상호작용, 교칙의 명료성, 학교정책에 대한 학생의 의사결정 참여, 학급의 환경 분위기와 학급 내 구성원들 간의 일체감, 학급 내 구성원들과의 의사소통이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 집단따돌림 역할자에 대한 학교의 예방 및 개입방안, 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the latent class of bullying. Inorder to this, data harvest from 4 middle schools in Seoul. The surveywere conducted during Sep. and Oct, 2014. The data from 974 completedsurveys were then analyzed. Latent Class Analysis (LCA) was used toexamine bullying latent class; whereas the observed variables were analyzedand tested with school variables and predictors of latent classes. Followingthis, the possibilities were measured to determine if the observed variableswould be included in each class. A latent class model containing threeclasses were constructed and composed of non-involved bystander class(61.3%), victim-bully class (21.7%) and victim class (16.8%). Multinomiallogistic analysis revealed that teacher-student relationship, consistency ofschool regulations and policies, student participation in decision-makingprocess, classroom environment, a sense of unity of within the members inthe classroom, peer-relationship in the classroom were all significantdeterminations of latent classes. Based on these research findings,Implications are discussed as well as limitations and future directions.
