스마트워크센터 디자인과 스마트워크가 업무만족, 일과 삶의 조화, 업무 생산성에 미치는 상호적 영향

Abstract

인터넷, 스마트폰, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 등 발전된 기술은 일하는 방식을 근본적으로 변화시키고 있으며 혁신적인 업무대안으로서 스마트워크의 도입과 확산에 영향을 미치고 있다. 스마트워크의 도입과 스마트워크센터 물리적 환경 구축과 기술적 구조는 스마트워크 근무자의 업무에 미치는 영향이 클 것으로 기대되며 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면의 다양한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이에 대한 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 스마트워크센터 도입과 스마트업무환경이 실질적으로 근로자의 업무 만족과 일과 삶의 균형, 업무생산성에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지 다각적으로 조사하여 볼 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 스마트워크센터 근무와 물리적 업무환경 특성이 업무만족, 일과 삶의 균형, 업무생산성에 미치는 영향과 이들 사이의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 수도권 지역의 공공 스마트워크센터 근무자를 대상으로 총 235부의 유효 설문지를 수거하여 SPSS를 이용한 기술통계분석과 Amos 20.0을 이용하여 스마트워크센터 근무와 다른 변인들 사이의 관계를 경로분석기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 스마트워크센터의 물리적 환경에 대한 만족도를 조사한 결과, 개인업무공간 면적, 조명, 위치에 대한 만족도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 대화 프라이버시에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 경로분석결과 물리적 환경과 융통성, 운전거리가 일과 삶의 조화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 업무 만족도가 높고 일과 삶이 조화된다고 인식할수록 업무생산성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Advanced technologies including internet, smart phone, cloud computing has forced to transform the way of work. The physical environment of workplace and technological infrastructure are both fundamental and critical elements of the smart work. It is necessary to investigate whether the adoption of smart workplace and its physical environment can contribute to work satisfaction, work & life balance, and work performance. The purpose of this study is to find out interrelationships among smart work, work satisfaction, work & life balance, and work performance. 235 questionnaires were collected from workers of government smart work centers. Path analysis was conducted using Amos 20. Path analysis results indicated that the indirect effects of physical work environment on work performance. The findings supported that physical environment features can contribute to higher work satisfaction and thus lead to better work performance.
