결혼이주여성의 양육효능감 및 양육스트레스가 자녀의 유아교육기관 생활적응, 사회적 능력, 또래 유능성에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 양육효능감 및 양육스트레스가 자녀의 유아교육기관 생활적응, 사회적 능력, 또래 유능성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기지역 유치원과 어린이집에 재원 중인 결혼이주여성과 그 자녀였으며, 연구도구는 양육효능감, 양육스트레스, 유아의 유아교육기관 생활적응 측정도구, 유아 사회적 유능감 척도, 또래 유능성 척도를 연구대상에 맞게 수정, 보완 후 사용하였다. 결혼이주여성의 양육효능감 및 양육스트레스와 자녀의 유아교육기관 생활적응과 사회적 능력, 또래 유능성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 양육효능감과 양육스트레스는 자녀의 유아교육기관 생활적응에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 양육효능감과 양육스트레스는 자녀의 사회적 능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성의 양육효능감과 양육스트레스는 자녀의 또래유능성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 영유아의 사회적 능력과 또래유능성의 발달에 대한 어머니 역할의 중요성을 시사하며 결혼이주여성의 양육효능감 증진과 양육스트레스 완화 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료를 제공할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of child-rearing self-efficacy and parenting stress of marriage immigrant women on their children’s preschool adjustment, social competence and peer competence. To conduct this research, the survey data were collected from 164 marriage immigrant women and their young children in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The collected data were analyzed by discriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using PASW 18.0. The main results of this study were as follows. First, marriage immigrant women’s child-rearing self-efficacy and parenting stress don’t have any influence on their children’s preschool adjustment. Second, marriage immigrant women’s child-rearing self-efficacy and parenting stress have influences on their children’s social competence. Third, marriage immigrant women’s child-rearing self-efficacy and parenting stress have influences on their children’s peer competence.
