경력여성간호사의 직무경험: 조율해나가기

dc.description.abstract본 연구는 경력여성간호사들이 자신의 직무에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 파악하여 간호사들의 직무경험을 심층적으로 이해하고, 나아가 경력간호사들이 경험한 직무경험을 통해 간호 전문직 발전에 필요한 질적인 근거자료를 제시하고자 함이다. 연구참여자는 서울 3곳, 경기도 2곳, 충청도 1곳의 병원에서 3년차부터 32년차로 모두 경력여성간호사를 대상자로 선정하였다. 각 그룹 당 5명씩 총 30명을 대상으로 그룹인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 근거이론의 분석방법(Strauss & Corbin, 1998)을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 경력여성간호사 직무경험의 중심현상은 “간호사와 나, 서로 맞추기”로 도출되었으며, “어긋남”과 “치임”, “변화함”의 범주가 중심현상을 일으키는 인과적 조건으로 나타났다. 맥락은 “성향”, “부서”, “경력”, 중재상황은 “편들어주기”, “같이해주기”, “알아주기”, “알려주기”, 전략은 “무게싣기”, “마음다잡기”, “버티기”로, 결과는 “성장함”, “익숙해짐”, “지침”으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 “조율해나가기”가 핵심범주로 도출되었으며, 과정은 “고충기”-“동요기”-“도약기”-“터잡기”로 파악되었다. 따라서 과학적 지식과 숙련된 기술로 문제해결 능력을 가진 경력간호사의 양성을 촉진시키기 위해서는 그 경험의 실체가 무엇인지 파악한 본 연구결과를 토대로 신규간호사들의 교육 및 적응전략으로 활용하는 것이 유용할 것으로 사료된다.-
dc.description.abstractThis study is designed to identify career female nurses' professional experiences and its meaning to them. For this purpose, it adopted qualitative research, namely, the Grounded Theory as a method. Specifically the researcher interviewed 30 nurses in 5 groups and analyzed the data collected as above. The core category of career female nurses' professional experiences were found to be "coordinating". They experienced "disappointments" in the beginning of their career. It was follow by the feelings of "helplessness" and "frustration". So "going wrong", "being burdened", and "change of Circumstances" were found to be the causal conditions. At the time they used strategies of "weighting", "getting organized", "enduring", "disposition", "ward atmosphere", and "career" were identified as contextual conditions, "Taking side with", "help in", "good evaluation", and "sharing information and knowledge" as intervening conditions. The central phenomenon was "Nurse and I, mutual adjustment". It unfolds along the stages of "trouble"-"shaking off"-"flight"-"site establishing". At last career nurses grow, get familiar to the environment or found physical and mental guidelines for their work. So consequences are "being growth", "becoming familiar", and "being weary". In order to produce career nurses equipped with scientific knowledge and skills, it is necessary to identify the experience of career nurses and use them as guidelines to train young nurses.-
