만 3세 유아 미술교육에 대한교사의 인식 및 실태

Abstract

본 연구는 만 3세 유아 미술교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 실태를 분석하여 3세 유아 미술교육 이해와 효과적 운영에 정보를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 3세 유아 미술교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 실태를 파악하기 위해 문헌분석, 전문가 집단, 유아교사와의 협의를 통해 연구도구인 설문지를 개발한 다음 연구자료를 수집하였다. 설문지는 ‘만 3세 유아 미술교육에 대한 교사의 인식’과 ‘만 3세 유아 미술교육 대한 실태’ ‘만 3세 유마미술교육에 대한 교사의 요구’의 3개 영역으로 구분하여 총 30문항으로 구성하였다. 연구대상은 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 159명의 유아교사들이었으며, 수집된 자료는 x2, t-검증, One-Way ANOVA를 통해 분석하였고 집단간의 차이 분석은 Scheffé 검증을 통해 추후분석 하였다. 연구결과, 3세 유아 미술교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 실태는 교사의 배경 변인에 따라 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze teachers’ awareness and needs, as well as status of the art education for three-year-old children. A questionnaire was developed to collect of data in this study. The questionnaire is composed of 3 areas and 30 questions related to 'teacher‘s awareness of art education for three-year-old children', 'status of art education for three-year-old children', 'teachers’ needs of art education for three-year-old children'. The subjects in this study were 159 early childhood teachers who are working in early childhood education institution. It used x2-test, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffé to analyze the data. The results of this study indicated that there were partially significant differences among the groups in the teacher's awareness and needs, and the status of art education for three-year-old children. Finally, ways to promote efficiency of art education for three-year-old were discussed in this study.
