dc.description.abstract본 연구는 청소년의 동료 영향 민감성이 이용 즐거움, 온라인 구전의도, 구매의도의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고, 사회적 네트워크 크기의 조절적 역할을 알아보고자 하였다. 특히, 선행 연구에서 실시한 오프라인 집단과 온라인 집단을 개별적으로 추가조절분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 청소년의 정보 영향 민감성은 이용 즐거움, 온라인 구전의도 및 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 규범적 영향 민감성은 이용 즐거움 및 온라인 구전의도에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 구매의도에는 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 네트워크 크기 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 저 집단은 정보 영향 민감성과 규범적 영향 민감성이 이용 즐거움과 온라인 구전의도 및 구매의도에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 오프라인 집단의 추가분석 결과, 저 집단의 규범적 영향 민감성은 이용 즐거움, 온라인 구전의도 및 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 온라인 집단의 결과, 저 집단은 규범적 영향 민감성이 구매의도에 유의하지 않는 영향을 나타냈으며, 고 집단은 동료 영향 민감성이 변인간의 관계에서 구조적 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 기업의 실무적인 방향과 연구의 방향에 대해 논의하였다.-
dc.description.abstractThis study intend to find out the effects of adolescent’s susceptibility to peer influence on enjoyment of usage, online word-of-mouth intent, purchase intention and the moderating effect of social network size. In particular, the additional adjustment analysis has been conducted. This research divided personal online and offline friends based on pervious studies. The findings of this study as follow: First, informative to peer influence had significant positive impact on enjoyment of usage, online word-of-mouth intention and purchase intention. whereas, normative to peer influence has significant positive effects on enjoyment of usage and online word-of-mouth intention. But the impact on purchase intention was not significant. Second, the result of social network size moderating effects have determined that the informative to peer influence and normative to peer influence to low group had a significant positive effect on enjoyment of usage, online word-of-mouth intention, and purchase intention. On the other hand, informative to peer influence was found to have a significant impact on enjoyment of usage, online word of mouth intention and purchase intention in high group. Third, the results of the offline group, normative to peer influence of the low group was found to have a significant positive effect on enjoyment of usage, online word-of-mouth intention and purchase intention. the informative to peer influence were positively influenced online word-of-mouth intention and purchase intention. However, in the case of the high group, the informative to peer influence had a significant effect on enjoyment of use, online word of mouth intention and purchase intention, but the normative to peer influence had no influence with the related variables. Finally, the additional analysis of the online group showed that the normative to peer influence to the purchase intention of the low group showed no significant effect on the purchase intention, the higher group showed that the susceptibility to peer influence had no structural effect on enjoyment of use, online word - mouth intention and purchase intention. Based on the results of this study, the practical direction of the company and the direction of the research were also discussed.-
