dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 한국판 정서-행동평가시스템(The Korean Behavior Assessment System for Children, 2nd Edition: KㆍBASC-2)의 하위유형 중 교사보고형 검사 유아용(Teacher Rating Scales-Preschool Form: TRS-P)의 타당도를 문항반응이론을 중심으로 검증하여 교사보고에 입각한 영유아의 정신건강 관련 선별검사로써의 유용성을 확인하였다. 631명의 영유아를 대상으로 KㆍBASC-2, TRS-P 척도와 C-TRF 관련 소척도 간 상관계수로 공인타당도를 확인한 결과 모두 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나왔다. DSM에 의거한 임상 증상 및 그와 관련된 보호요인과 위험요인이 반영된 KㆍBASC-2, TRS-P의 이론적 근간이 문항 수준에서 적절히 구현되는지 확인하였다. 문항반응이론에 입각한 개별 문항의 응답분포에 대한 반응의 적절성을 평가한 결과 각 소척도를 구성하는 문항들이 본 연구에서 가정하는 특성을 잘 반영하는 것을 확인했다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 국내 영유아를 위한 포괄적 정신건강 선별검사로서 KㆍBASC-2, TRS-P의 활용도와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의에 포함하였다. | - |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity of the Korean Behavioral Assessment System for Children 2nd Edition, and Teacher Rating Scales-Preschool Form (K․BASC-2, TRS-P). Using the 100-item KㆍBASC-2, TRS-P questionnaire, results from a total of 631 Korean preschoolers(N=631) were analyzed. The Generalized Partial Credit Model based on item response theory analysis was used to assess validity. According to the information function for each subscale, items included in all subscales provided appropriate information across all of the ability levels. The results also revealed that most items’ difficulty and discrimination were appropriate whereas some items had relatively skewed difficulty and low discrimination because they aim to discriminate extreme and clinical cases based on the DSM criteria or behavioral tendencies in specific disorder criteria. Results also supported concurrent validity of subscale scores. The hyperactivity, aggression, anxiety, depression, and withdrawal of the KㆍBASC-2, TRS-P demonstrated strong convergent validity statistics with C-TRF of related constructs. Other relevant findings such as practical implications regarding the use of the K․BASC-2, TRS-P, and suggestions for future research are included in the discussion. | - |
