청소년 진로개발역량 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

dc.description.abstract본 연구는 이론적․경험적 접근방법을 통해 국내 청소년의 진로개발역량 척도를 개발하고 타당화하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 우선, 연구자들에 의해 1차로 구성된 척도의 구성요인과 측정문항의 내용타당도를 청소년 진로관련 전문가 12명이 검증하였고, 그 결과 3개 영역, 9개 하위영역, 69개의 예비문항을 도출하였다. 다음으로 청소년 602명의 자료를 6:4의 비율로 추정표본(363명)과 검증표본(239명)으로 분할하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기술통계 및 신뢰도 분석의 1차 문항분석으로 45개의 문항이 변별되었다. 둘째, 탐색적 요인분석으로 자기이해, 진로계획 및 준비 영역은 각각 3요인, 14개 문항으로, 진로탐색 영역은 3요인, 13개 문항으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 확인적 요인분석 및 1차․2차․3차 요인모형의 고차 확인적 요인분석을 통해 척도 전체의 요인구조는 3개 영역, 9개 하위영역, 41개의 측정문항으로 확정되었으며, 척도의 구인타당도 및 교차타당도가 입증되었다. 넷째, 수렴타당도 검증을 병행하여 척도의 구인타당도를 재차 확인하였고, 다섯째, 척도의 신뢰도를 확보함으로써 최종 청소년 진로개발역량 척도를 완성하였다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의 및 한계, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.-
dc.description.abstractThe goal of this study was to develop and validate a career development competency scale for domestic adolescents via theoretical/empirical approaches. For this, 12 adolescent-career professional tested the validity of contents of structuring factors and measuring items of the scale which was primarily composed by the authors. As a result, the authors worked out 69 preliminary items in the 9 sub-areas of 3 areas. And the data of 602 adolescents were divided into a calibration sample (n=363) and a validation sample (n=239) at the rate of 6:4 and they were empirically analyzed. Study findings are as follows: First, as a primary analysis on items, descriptive statistical analysis and reliability analysis were carried out and 45 items were worked out. Second, via exploratory factor analysis, it was confirmed that the areas of self-knowledge, career planning and preparation consisted of 3 factors and 14 items respectively and the area of career exploration consisted of 3 factors and 13 items. Third, via confirmatory factor analysis and a series of higher-order CFA on the first/second/third order factor model, it was confirmed that the factor structure of scale on the whole consisted of 3 areas, 9 sub-areas and 41 items and the construct validity and cross validity of the scale were verified. Fourth, by combining the test of convergent validity, the construct validity of the scale was reconfirmed. Fifth, after confirming the reliability of the scale, a career development competency scale for adolescents was worked out finally. Based on the above study findings, the significance and limitation of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were presented.-
