한국프로축구 선수 연봉산정시스템에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 프로스포츠의 연봉 시스템의 실태를 파악하고 분석하여, 각 연봉시스템이 가지고 있는 특성 및 문제점을도출하여 K리그 각 클럽이 특성에 맞는 연봉산정시스템을 재정하고 실제적인 연봉을 산정하는데 있어 도움을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 K리그 소속구단의 선수평가 시스템이다. 각 구단의 선수평가 시스템이 공개되지않는 관계로 1차 자료‘비전 프로젝트 K’보고서와 2차 자료인 프로구단 감독 및 프론트 직원, 전 현직 축구지도자 등인터뷰를 참고하였다. 주요 평가 척도인 출전횟수와 출장시간을 기준으로 연구진이 개발한 공헌도 평가시스템과 서열평가 시스템에 35명의 가상 공헌도를 입력하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 경기출장부분 비중을 높인공헌도 평가방식을 적용할 경우, 일정총액 조건에서 출장기회가 적은 2군 선수의 연봉이 출장기회가 많은 선수에게이전되어 주전선수와 후보선수간의 연봉격차가 심해진다. 둘째, 공헌도 1위 선수에게 총 연봉의 일정비율을 우선 배당하는 서열평가 방식을 적용할 경우, 팀 내 공헌도 1위 선수에 대한 배당비율과 2군 선수의 최저연봉 결정금액이주전급 선수 및 교체급 선수의 연봉에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 35명의 가상 공헌도를 입력하여 출전부분의 비중을 달리하여 연봉증감추이를 살펴본 결과, 출전기회가 많은 선수는 연봉증감이 10% 내외인 반면 출전기회가 적은 선수들은증감폭이 매우 크다.

The purpose of this study was to provide data regarding the actual salary of Korean professional football players based on the piece rate and rank order system to understand the system and to focus on its characteristics. The professional footballers which are a member of the K-league teams were surveyed for this study. The following sources were used; first was the research report from the K-League entitled “The vision project of the K-league and its future development plans”, secondly was through both interviews of the K-league’s managers and some of the front staff. The salary system changes and distributions were surveyed. The hypothetical contribution of 35 players developed piece-rate system was calculated, according to the number of appearances and the time appeared during games, and the rank-order tournament was created. First, the overall difference between the top (players in the first time with the opportunity to play) and bottom players (those in the second team with little or no chance of playing) was progressively becoming worse. Second, after application of the rank order system, whether the player was a key player, a substitute player or in the second team, were the main factors affecting the distribution proportion of the salary. Third, according to the hypothetical contribution of the 35 players model the proportion of performances the second team players had a reduction in salary of about 10% while there was a large difference in salary between them and the key players.
