- Abstract
- 본 연구는 미술표상과 연계한 유아 환경교육프로그램을 개발하고 개발한 프로그램이 유아의 환경 신념과 태도, 언어능력, 그리기표상능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 유아교육 현장 적용 타당성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 미술표상과 연계한 유아 환경교육프로그램의 체계는 목표, 교육내용, 교수-학습방법, 평가로 구성하였으며, 교육내용은 오염예방, 자원절약, 자연친화, 동식물 관심/보호 영역으로 구분하여 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램의 유아교육 현장적용 타당성 검증을 위해 실험집단과 비교집단을 무선으로 선정하고 처치하였다. ‘유아 환경 신념과 태도 검사’, 'K-WPPSI’, '유아 그리기표상능력 검사’ 도구들을 사용하여 연구 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 t-검증을 통해 실험처치의 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 미술표상과 연계한 유아 환경교육프로그램은 유아의 환경 신념과 태도, 언어능력, 그리기표상능력 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
The purpose of this study was to develop the environmental education program for young children linked to the visual art representation and to analyze the effects of the program on children's environmental belief and attitude, language ability, and drawing representation ability. The environmental education program for young children linked to the visual art representation maintains objective, education contents, teaching-learning method, and evaluation continuum. Its education contents also are developed by considering four areas such as pollution prevention, resources conservation, nature affinity, and animal and plant concern/protection. To prove the effects of the program, experimental group and comparative are assigned through random sampling. 'The Environmental Belief and Attitude Scale for Young Children', K-WPPSI', and 'The Drawing Representation Inventory' were used in collection of data. A t-test was used to analyze the data. The results revealed that significant differences between the post-test scores of the experimental and comparative group. The scores of experimental group were significantly higher on children's environmental belief and attitude, language ability and drawing representation ability than the scores of the comparative group. In conclusion, the environmental education program for young children linked to the visual art representation, which was developed in this study, is effective in promoting young children's environmental belief and attitude, language ability, and drawing representation ability.
