학령전기 아동 사고위험 지각 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증

Abstract

본 연구는 Lee (2003) 가 학령전기 아동을 대상으로 개발한 아동 사고위험 지각 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것으로 2011년 6월 10일부터 12월 30일까지 강원도의 어린이집에 다니는 학령전기 아동 178명을 대상으로 시도되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며 타당도 검증은 전문가 집단을 통한 내용타당도와 표준화된 도구인 사고경향검사를 외적 준거로 하여 이들과의 관계를 Pearson's Correlation Coefficient를 이용한 준거타당도로 분석하였으며 신뢰도 검증은 Cronbach's alpha계수, 반분법에 의한 Gutman 반분 신뢰도계수를 산출하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 타당도 검증에서는 내용타당도 검증 결과, 총 28개 문항에서 1개 문항이 삭제되어 최종 27개 문항이 선정되었으며 준거타당도 검증결과, 비교도구를 이용하여 두 도구 점수간의 Pearson 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 준거타당도는 확립되었다. 신뢰도 검증에서는 수정된 전체 도구의 내적일관성 신뢰도인 Cronbach's alpha계수는 .66으로 나타났고 반분법에 의한 Gutman 반분 신뢰도계수는 .70으로 나타나 신뢰도가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 발달연령상 사고의 위험은 매우 높지만 글자의 의미를 이해하지 못해 사고위험 지각을 정확히 측정할 수 없는 학령전기 아동을 대상으로 개발된 사고위험 지각의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하여 이들을 대상으로 사용할 수 있는 도구를 제안했다는 점에서 매우 의의가 있다고 판단된다. 그러나 본 연구에서 검증된 아동 사고위험 지각 측정도구의 활용성을 높이기 위해서는 더 많은 지역을 대상으로 하고 대상자 수를 확대한 반복연구를 제언한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of injury risk perception in preschool children. Method: Employing a methodological research design, data were collected using questionnaires from a sample of 178 child day care center preschooler selected by convenient sampling located at Kwangwon-Do. Descriptive statistics, content analysis, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used in performance of data analysis. Results: Through conduct of validity testing, 27 items were finally selected. The internal consistency was acceptable with a Cronbach's alpha of .66 and a Guttman Split-half coefficient of .70. Conclusion: The injury risk perception scale showed adequate validity and reliability in preschool children. It can be used for assessment of injury risk and for development of injury prevention programs for preschool children.
