dc.description.abstract | To search for the industrial application of fruit trees, chemical analysis of volatile constituents from Zizyphus jujuba var. inermis, Zanthoxylum piperitum, Gardenia jasminoides for. grandiflora, and Pinus koraiensis was conducted by GC and GUMS spectrometric analysis. The chemical composition of the volatile constituents from the fruit trees was confirmed by the aid of Wiley/NBS Library and RI indice searches. The major constituents were 13-methyloxacyclotetradecane-2,11-dione (27.84%) from the fruits of Z. jujuba var. inermis, alpha-pinene (33.68%) from the leaves of Z. piperitum, 2,5,5-trimethyl-1,3,6-heptatriene (32.00%) from the flowers of G. jasminoides for. grandiflora, and a-pinene (20.52%) from the leaves of P. koraiensis. These major constituents were successfully applied to present the possibilities of industrial applications for the developments of perfumes and beverages from fruit trees. | - |
