예비 체육 교사의 팀 티칭 실행 경험 탐색

Abstract

본 연구는 예비 체육 교사들이 경험한 협력적 교수방법의 일환으로써 팀 티칭 수업의 실행 경험을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 참여자는 서울특별시 A대학교 사범대학 체육교육과 3학년 교육과정에 편성되어 있는 체육과 교재연구 및 지도법 강의를 수강한 재학생 20명(남학생 10명과 여학생 10명)이다. 이들을 대상으로 총 8회 심층 면담과 18개의 수업 연구 일지가 수집되었다. 이렇게 수집된 자료는 Spradley(1980)의 의미론적 관계 분석을 활용하여 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 예비 체육 교사들은 팀 티칭의 실행 의미를 체화하고 실행 원리를 체득한 것으로 확인되었다. 팀 티칭의 실행 의미 체화 부문에서는 체육 교사, 교육 실습 및 임용 준비생이라는 다양한 역할에 대한 예행연습을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 동시에 학교 체육 이론과 실제의 간극을 실제 팀 티칭을 통해 체험했고, 이러한 간극의 해소는 실전 연습과 대비를 통해서 가능함을 인식하게 되었다. 또한 팀 티칭의 실행 원리 체득 부문에서는 우선적으로 교사간의 개방적인 의사소통이 가장 중요한 것으로 인식되고 있었다. 이를 통해 예비 체육 교사들은 효율적인 역할 분배와 업무 분장이 가능함을 함께 경험하게 되었다. 궁극적으로 예비 체육 교사들은 개방적인 의사소통과 효율적인 업무 분장은 협업이라는 자연스런 과정으로 연계됨을 경험하게 되었다.

The purpose of this study was to explore practical experience of pre-service physical education teachers in team teaching that have been provided at one of teacher education programs in physical education. 8 times for group interviewing (total 20 participants) have conducted per 4 groups with 5 pre-service teachers and their teaching logs are chosen to analyze their perceptions and experiences about team teaching presentation. The collected data are analyzed using Spradly(1980)' techniques. Throughout this analysis, pre-service physical education teachers have experienced both meanings and action principles of team teaching in secondary physical education. In terms of the embodied meanings of team teaching, the pre-service teachers could previously experience various roles such as future physical education teachers, student-teachers, and test takers for national teacher recruitment testing. Simultaneously, they have experienced big gap between theory and practice of school physical education throughout team teaming, and perceived the gap could be minimized to prepare for field practice. Moreover, they have realized the open communication among pre-service teachers is the most important factor in experiencing principles of team teaching. They also have experienced that the open communication makes effective role distribution among pre-service teachers and then both bring smooth collaboration.
