경기도 파트너십 기반의 평생교육진흥 방안과 AHP를 활용한 중요도 평가

dc.description.abstract2007년 평생교육법 전부개정에 따라 시·도 지자체가 지역평생교육의 책임과 권한을 교육청으로부터 넘겨받은 지 10년에 이른다. 이 기간에 지역평생교육의 외연은 확장되었지만 추진체제로써 파트너십의 발전은 지연되었다. 이 연구는 이러한 문제의식에 따라 경기도 대상으로 평생교육의 이해집단을 설정하고, 6차례의 표적집단면접(FGI)을 통해 평생교육진흥의 정책영역과 세부과제를 도출하였다. 이에 따른 평생교육진흥 방안은 글로벌 평생학습 협치, 경기 평생학습 협력, 평생학습 통합을 위한 협동, 학습과 일의 연계를 위한 협업 등 4대 정책영역과 20개 세부과제에 해당된다. 최종적으로 계층분석방법(AHP: Analytic Hierachy Process)을 실시한 결과, 경기평생학습 협력이 가장 중요한 정책영역으로, 지역평생학습 3대 뿌리자원 실천역량 강화가 우선적으로 추진되어야 할 과제로 도출되었다.-
dc.description.abstractIt has been 10 years since metropolitan council was handed over the responsibilities of local lifelong learning in accordance with the major revision of the Lifelong Education Act in 2007. In this process, the outline is expanding, but there is a disparity in the cooperation system as the driving force. Based on this consciousness, this study set up the interest groups to participate in the lifelong education partnership for Gyeonggi-Do and draw up policy areas and detailed tasks of the promotion of lifelong education through 6th focus group interviews(FGI). Accordingly, the lifelong education promotion plan corresponds to four policy areas and 20 detailed tasks such as global lifelong learning cooperation, lifelong learning cooperation, cooperation for lifelong learning integration, and collaboration for linking learning and work. Finally, as a result of the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP), it was found that cooperation among lifelong learning was the most important among the four policy areas.-
