웹툰작가의 역할스트레스와 직업만족도 관계 요인 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 웹툰 작가들이 생각하는 본인 직업의인식의 정도와 만족도에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 상황에서 이를 구체화하여 웹툰작가들의환경적 요인과 직업 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인의분석을 시도하였다. 특히 카테고리화한 복합적 요인들이 웹툰 작가들의 직업만족도에 어떠한 영향력을가지고 있는지 관계성을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과, 직업만족도와 역할 스트레스와의 관계는 활동장르, 수입, 작업시간은 장래만족도와 정적인 관계를 보였으며 나이는 나이가 많은 작가일수록 장래만족도가낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 역할 스트레스가 높을수록장래만족도가 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 웹툰 작가의역할 스트레스 유형이 현실만족도에 미치는 영향과관련해서 장래만족도에 비하여 낮은 결과를 보여주었다. 이는 웹툰 작가들의 직업 만족에 관한 인식도가 미래 지향적임을 말해주는 것이다. 이 연구의 한계는 웹툰 작가들의 수입에 대한 정확한 정보가 없는 상황에서 고소득 작가에 대한 구간 설정을 너무단순화하였다. 향후 조사에서는 플랫폼과 함께 수입구간을 평균적으로 산출할 필요가 있을 것이다. 본연구는 국내의 웹툰 작가에 대한 현황 파악 및 직업만족도와 관련 요인 분석을 시도하였다는 의의를 지니고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the perceived degree of work and satisfaction of Webtoons artists, and then confirmed it to analyze the environmental factors of Webtoons artists and their job satisfaction. In particular, it wanted to explain the relationship between multiple factors, which have an influence on the job satisfaction level of Webtoons artists. The study found that the relationship between job satisfaction and role stress was static with the genre of activity, income, and working hours, while older writers had a lower degree of future satisfaction. It was found that the higher the role stress, the lower the degree of future satisfaction. With regard to the impact of the role stress type of the Webtoons artists, the degree of actual satisfaction showed lower results than its degree of future satisfaction. This means that perceptions of Webtoons artists about job satisfaction are future-oriented. This study is meaningful in that it attempted to identify the status of the Webtoons artists in Korea and analyze job satisfaction and related factors.
