1980년대 국민체육진흥법의 개정과 특징에 관한 연구

Abstract

The objective of the study is to confirm the full-range revision of National Promotion Law for Sport in 1980s and it’s characteristics, and to review the driving force which makes it possible to entirely establish the foundation of the Progress of Sport. By performing these activities, it is witnessed that The National Promotion Policies for Sport in 1980s have entirely amended the existing National Promotion Law for Sport to the extent of establishing almost new one, newly founded the Ministry of Sport as an administrative institution in full charge of sport, and incorporated the Korea Sporting Council which used to be a private organization, enabling the development to the Sport Powers in the world with the distinct effectiveness of supplier-oriented policy input. It has also been proved to be drastic measures in an effort to the revolutionary reversal in Sport Policies such as establishment of an independent institution, or the Ministry of Sport, which exclusively administrates a job for Sport. As a starting point for the conversion in quality of the Korean Sport Policies, it shows that The National Promotion Policies for Sport has driven Sport in Korea to the way of progress which may increase the chance of Korea to become a Sport Powers, obviously setting the opportunity to more firmly arrange the foundation of the development of Korean Sport.
