항공물류서비스 증대를 위한 항공운송주선인의 경쟁력 강화방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

세계적으로 국가 간 네트워크가 활성화 되고 물동량이 증가하면서 물류활동이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 물류산업이 차지하는 비중이 점점 증가함에 따라 물류활동에서 상대적으로 열세했던 항공운송분야의 비중을 높이는 패러다임의 전환이 이루어지고 있 다. 이러한 배경하에 항공운송에서 많은 역할을 하는 항공운송주선인의 경쟁력 결정요인에 대해 살펴보고 항공물류 서비스 재이 용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 궁극적으로 항공운송주선인의 경쟁력 강화 방안을 제시하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 참고하여 SCM능력, 서비스관리를 독립변수로 설정하였고 신뢰도를 매개변수, 항공물류 서비스 재이용의 도를 종속변수로 설정하여 실증분석을 통해 요인들 간의 유의성을 살펴보았다. 본 논문의 차별성은 신뢰도를 매개변수로 하여 항 공운송주선인의 신뢰성이 고객만족도와 재이용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 항공운송주선인의 경쟁력 요인을 찾는 것이다. 항공운송을 이용하는 기업의 화주를 대상으로 실시한 설문결과로 실증분석을 실시하였고, 분석결과 모든 요인 간에는 유 의성이 있고 항공물류 서비스 재이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 결과를 보였다. 항공운송주선인의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략 에서 화주의 기본적인 요구사항인 가격요인 외에도 다른 요인들의 중요성을 제시하고 특히 신뢰도를 매개변수로 하여 실증분석함 으로써 신뢰도라는 경쟁요인의 중요성을 부각시키고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze competitiveness determinants of air freight forwarder which takes multi-role in air-transportation tasks, and to analyze determinants effecting on service revisit of air-logistics. Besides, this study is to suggest several methods to reinforce the competitiveness of air freight forwader. This study set SCM capability and service management as independent variables, trust as instrumental variable, and air logistics service revisit as dependent variables. Did regression analysis on the data of 133 questionnaires to various shipper company using SPSS 22.0 and finally proved our hypothesis. The results are SCM capability, service management and trust positively effect on revisit of air-logistics service. This study reflects requirement of shipper in various industry and has discrimination by contributing to ways to reinforce competitiveness of air freight forwarder.
