dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of public organization relocation policy on the reduction of population concentration in the Seoul Metropolitan area and to suggest policy implications based on the analysis results. for this purpose, simulation analysis method was conducted using system dynamics in the Seoul Metropolitan area. The analysis showed that the population in the Seoul metropolitan area continued to increase as a result of the simulation assuming that there was no policy of the public institution relocation policy(Base Run), the gap has increased since 2011, when Sejong City’s first apartment move in. In particular, Base Run was estimated to have an increase in the Seoul metropolitan area by 27 million in 2020, while the number of simulations with the relocation policies of public institutions was estimated by 26 million. A comparison of the two results shows a gap of 1.3 million, suggesting that the public organization relocation policy is effective in easing the concentration of people in the Seoul metropolitan area. | - |
