| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 국내 정신보건서비스 현장에서 환자 가족들을 대상으로 보다 다양하고 전문적인 개입의 제공을 활성화하는데 도움이 되고자 가족치료 발달 초기부터 최근 포스트모던 시기에 이르기까지 개발․적용되어왔던 정신분열병 환자가족에 대한 개입 모델들을 고찰하고 국내 현장 적용에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 다양한 모델들을 가족치료, 심리교육, 가족교육으로 유형화하고 각 유형별로 이론적 근거와 프로그램의 구조를 소개한 뒤 효과, 효과성, 또는 성과연구의 주요결과들을 제시할 것이다. 이러한 고찰 연구는 다양한 유형의 정신보건서비스 현장에서 서비스환경, 환자와 가족, 서비스 제공자의 특성에 적절히 모델들을 선택 또는 혼합하여 사용하고 그에 대한 평가를 계획하기 위한 기초 자료로써 활용될 수 있다. | - |
