전래동화를 활용한 유아 극놀이 프로그램 개발 및 효과

dc.description.abstract본 연구의 목적은 전래동화를 활용한 유아 극놀이 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발한 프로그램의 유아교육 현장 적용 타당성을 검증하는 데 있다. 프로그램 개발은 선행연구 및 문헌분석을 바탕으로 현장관찰과 교사 심층 면담을 통해 교육현장 실태 및 요구를 조사하여 1차 시안을 구성하고 교육현장에 시범 적용한 후 최종 전문가 협의 과정을 거쳐 전래동화를 활용한 유아 극놀이 프로그램을 최종 완성하였다. 전래동화를 활용한 유아 극놀이 프로그램의 체계는 목적 및 목표, 교육내용, 교수-학습 방법 및 평가로 구성하였다. 개발한 프로그램의 교육현장 적용 타당성 검증을 위해 만 5세 학급의 유아 40명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 실험연구를 수행하였다. 실험집단은 ‘전래동화를 활용한 유아 극놀이 프로그램’을, 비교집단은 ‘전래동화를 활용한 유아 대‧소집단 토의 프로그램’을 적용하여 7주간의 실험처치를 실시한 후, 유아의 언어능력, 사회성, 창의성에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램이 유아의 언어능력, 사회성, 창의성 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 전래동화를 활용한 유아 극놀이 프로그램이 교육현장에 적용 가능하며, 본 프로그램의 교육목적인 협력적 소통능력과 표현능력을 함양시킬 수 있는 효과적인 유아 극놀이 프로그램임을 입증하는 것이라 하겠다.-
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to develop a dramatic play program using Korean traditional fairy tales for young children, and to verify the validity of the application of the developed program to early childhood education fields. To develop the program, based on the prior research analysis, the first draft proposal was formed by investigating the field conditions and teacher’s perceptions through field observations and teacher interviews. As a step for the development of this program, the first draft proposal was applied to education sites, and then the program was finalized after a final expert consultation process. The developed program was established with educational objectives and goals, educational contents, teaching-learning methods, and evaluation. In order to validate the application of this program to educational fields, 40 children in two classes for five-years-old were selected for an experimental study. The experimental group was treated with the dramatic play program using Korean traditional fairy tales that was developed from this study, and the comparison group was provided with a large and small group discussion program using Korean traditional fairy tales for young children. The experimental treatments were conducted for 7 weeks to verify the effects of the education field applications in this program. The language ability, social ability and creativity of children were tested. The findings revealed that ‘the dramatic play program using Korean traditional fairy tales for young children’ exerts positive effects to promote children’s language ability, social ability, and creativity. The results demonstrated that this program is applicable to the education field and is an effective dramatic play program to cultivate the collaborative communication and expression ability of children.-
