- Abstract
- In this study, the effect of the muscle exercise program for 8 weeks on the change of the physical force and hormone of the female university students(growth hormone, and testosterone) was analyzed after being randomly allocated in the exercise group(7 persons) and the controlled group(7 persons) subjecting 14 female C university students as the target people and the result is as follows.1. The result of the positive and regular exercise participation which paralleling the exercise for muscle strength and the exercise for muscle endurance strength showed that there is the statistically meaningful difference between before and after the exercise for muscle strength and the exercise for muscle endurance strength of both the female university students. The grip strength(F1.14=38.65, p<.001), abdomen muscle strength(F1.14=9.29, p<.009), situp(F1.14=117.46, p<.001).2. The growth hormone showed the statistically meaningful difference before and after the exercise (F1.14=20.24, p<.001).3. The testosterone did not show the statistically meaningful difference but the figure of the hormone gets higher as the subject people participate the exercise(F1.14=5.94, p<.029).When summarizing the above results, the positive exercise program for the muscle strength for 8 weeks showed the affirmative effect upon the hormone which is related with the muscle strength and metabolism of the female university students.
