| dc.description.abstract | 목적 : 비스테로이드성 항염제는 전장관인 손상과 장내세균전위를 유발한다. 마스틱은 Pistacia lentiscus에서 얻어지는 수지로 위장관의 보호 효과와 항균작용이 있다고 알려져 있다. 이에 동물에서 비스테로이드성 항염제에 의한 장관 손상과 장내세균전위에 대한 마스틱의 효과를 알아보았다.방법 : 32마리의 백서를 대조군, 비스테로이드성 항염제 투여군, 마스틱 오일 0.3 cc/kg 및 1.0 cc/kg 병용투여군으로 나누었다. 비스테로이드성 항염제에 의한 장관손상은 diclofenac sodium을 100 mg/kg을 2일간 경구투여 하여 유발하였고 상기 약물 투여 3시간 전에 마스틱 오일을 경구투여 하였다. 장관손상을 측정하기 위해 장투과성, 장관의 유착도 및 지질과산화를 측정하였고 장관의 장내세균 과증식을 관찰하기 위해 원위부 회장과 맹장에서 장내세균수도 측정하였다. 장내세균전위를 관찰하기 위해 장간막림프절, 간, 비장, 신장, 심장에서의 그람음성균수를 측정하였다. 결과 : 비스테로이드성 항염제의 투여는 장투과성과 장유착도 및 장관의 지질과산화가 증가하였으며 원위부 회장과 맹장에서 장내세균의 과증식을 유발하였다. 또한 장간막림프절, 간, 비장, 신장, 심장으로의 장내세균전위를 증가시켰다. 마스틱의 투여는 0.3 cc/kg 용량의 투여에서 장관의 손상, 장내세균의 과증식 및 장내세균전위를 감소시켰으나 통계학적으로 의미는 없었으며 1.0 cc/kg 용량의 투여에서 의미있게 개선되었다. | - |
