| dc.description.abstract | 목적: 화학화상으로 인하여 외안부에 심한 변형이 온 환자에게 비강과 구강점막을 자가이식하여 외안부를 재건한 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 우측 외안부의 화학화상으로 15차례의 양막이식술과 외안부재건술을 시행 받았으나, 각막과 결막 위로 심한 섬유혈관조직의 형성 및 검구유착이 진행되고 건성안과 미란이 지속되는 48세 남자 환자에게 비강점막과 구강점막 자가이식, 양막이식을 이용한 외안부재건술을 시행하였다. 수술 후 한달째 위, 아래 결막낭의 형성이 성공적으로 이루어졌으며, 각막과 결막 부위의 섬유혈관조직 및 검구유착의 재발이 관찰되지 않았으며, 6개월간의 추적관찰 기간 동안 안정된 외안부가 유지되었다. 결론: 화학화상으로 외안부에 심한 변형이 온 환자에게 비강과 구강점막 자가이식술을 사용한 외안부재건술은 유용하고 효과적인 방법으로 사용될 수 있다. | - |
