- Abstract
- 본 연구는 보육시설장 관련 문헌 및 기존의 보수교육 내용을 비교·분석한 결과와 현직 보육시설장을 대상으로 보수교육에 대한 인식과 요구를 조사·분석한 결과를 기초로 보육시설장 보수교육과정 모형을 개발하여 보수교육 내용 구성에 실천적 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있었다. 이에 기존의 보육시설장 보수교육 관련 자료를 수집하고 비교·분석하였으며, 설문지를 구성하고 현직 보육시설장 409명을 연구대상으로 시설장 보수교육 관련 내용들을 분석하였다. 최종 보육시설장 보수교육과정 모형은 교양, 직무(보육이론, 실제, 실습) 그리고 보육실천과 정책탐색 영역으로 구분하고 관련 교과목으로 구축되었다.
