지자체 경관시책의 현황과 특성을 고려한 경관법 적용방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

This paper is aimed to understand the condition and characteristic of Urbanscape control system by municipal government for the application of "Urbanscape law". The Urbanscape law was enacted in 2007 and many municipal governments are recently propelling policies for management of townscape. However, there is not enough study on urbanscape control system and not so much experiences of urbanscape management in municipal government. It would cause diverse problems if politics for management of townscape are propelled with unawareness of the condition of urbanscape control system. Therefore, through this study, it is helpful that we have a thorough grasp of the condition and characteristic of urbanscape control system by municipal government and discus the application of urbanscape law.
