청소년의 자살충동에 영향을 미치는 예측요인

Abstract

본 연구는 선행연구를 토대로 청소년의 자살충동과 관련된 요인에 대한 포괄적인 분석을 통해 자살충동에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 규명하고, 청소년 자살충동에 관한 예측모형을 구축하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 서울과 경기지역의 고등학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC Win 10.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자살충동의 개인적 특성과 관련된 요인으로는 학교성적과 음주여부가 자살충동을 예측하는 위험요인인 것으로 확인되었으며, 가정관련요인으로는 가정문제로 인한 스트레스와 정서적 지지가 예측요인인 것으로 나타났다. 자살충동의 심리환경적 요인으로는 가출충동과 우울성향, 학교 스트레스가 자살충동을 예측하는 위험요인인 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 통하여 청소년을 보호하고 관리하는 현장에서 자살충동의 예측요인을 사전에 파악함으로써 청소년의 신체적, 사회적, 정신적 건강유지와 자살로 인한 이차적인 문제발생이 예방될 수 있으리라 사료된다 아울러 본 연구에서는 자살충동을 야기하는 상대적인 영향력만을 분석하였기 때문에 자살충동이 자살행위로의 전환과정에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 새부적인 검토가 있어야 할 것이다.

This study is attempted to define risk factor of youth suicide impulse and to structure forecast model through an extensive analysis of the factors influencing the suicide impulse of youth. The subjects were 337 high school students in Seoul and Kyunggido. The collected data was analysed by SPSS. The differences between the suicide impulse group and the non-suicide impulse group were subject to chi-square and t-test. Also logistic regression analysis was conducted on the basis of purposeful selection method for constructing the forecast model. The findings are as follows : the major predicting factors of youth suicide impulse are school ranks(odds ratio=2.381, p=.000), alcohol drinking(odds ratio=1.893, p=.005),runaway impulse(odds ratio=8.2π, p=.000), stress from school(odds ratio=3.455,p=.000), stress from family(odds ratio=3.695, p=.000), emotional support(odds ratio=1.963, p=.003) and depression(odds ratio=6.135, p=.000).Therefore, the forecast model will be contribute to the intervention for prevention of suicide youth.
